If you're getting returns on a laser unit because treatments hurt too much or results are weak after 4-5 sessions, the cooling system and wavelength consistency are usually where the trouble starts—we've seen plenty of units that claim high specs but can't actually sustain -32°C at the tip under load.
3500W power feeding handles rated form 1200W to 2000W sounds fine on paper, but what matters is how the machine holds that across all three wavelengths; the USA Coherent laser bars are binned for batch consistency, and we test each unit with a 60-minute continuous run before shipping so you know air-water-TEC stack doesn't drop out mid-session.
COAs and TUV certifcates come with every shipment, but we also offer a 100-million-shot guarantee on the 13×30mm and 13×40mm spot sizes which basically covers the main glass and laser bar (replacement bars at cost if you need them). Retesting policy is straightforward—send back samples from your first batch and we'll compare the waveform via HPLC check (usually a week turnaround).
Spot sizes have a trade-off—the 13×40mm covers legs fast but for upper lips you'll want a facial tip adapter unless the buyer has Fitzpatrick I-III (the shorter wavelength works better on light skin at high energy). Also, treatment intervals of 4-6 weeks are standerd, but expect permanent reduction after 3-5 sessions for most hair types, not all—some coarse grey hair may need seven or eight.
You'll need 20 days or so for MOQ of 10 units, but we can ship a single unit with all three plug options (EU/US/UK/AU) in about 8-10 working days if you're testing a market. The 35kg gross weight means you should plan on liftgate, though our company can break it into two boxes for last-mile courier service—handle warranty at 2 years machine, 1 year on the handpiece, though the TEC module may fail sooner if run at -32°C for hours daily.
CE, ISO plus third-party SGS testing are available on request for single orders, but for bulk we bundle it in the price without extra paperwork. Not ideal for home use unless the buyer has a dedicated room—the cooling unit and fan aren't quiet, especially on the 2000W handle setting.
The 755nm targets melanin in lighter skin for finer hair, the 808nm penetrates deep for all-around hair reduction, and the 1064nm treats deeper hair follicles in darker skin. This combo lets you handle all Fitzpatrick skin types I-VI in one session.

The main unit is covered for 2 years, and the handle for 1 year. If anything fails within that period due to manufacturing defects, we'll replace or repair it free of charge.
