We've been shipping this 1600W unit for about six months now, and it's pretty much replaced our older 808nm models for most buyers — the cooling system is what sets it apart, with that sapphire plate keeping skin suface at 0-5°C during treatment, which makes a real difference for comfort.
The power density runs form 5 to 50J/cm² adjustable, and the spot size is 10×12mm, so you're covering a decent area per pulse, but it's not ideal for very small detail work like upper lips unless you're careful with teh settings.
Pulse width is 80-200ms, repetition frequency goes up to 10Hz in Fast Mode, and the 8-inch color LCD touch screen is actually responsive — we've had a few clients comment it's easier to navigate than some competitor interfaces.
For procurement, our company provide CE and patent certificate with each unit, and the COA is standard — HPLC purity data is available on request, but we usually have stock within 20 days or so, though confirm lead time if you need faster.
The machine weighs 17kg and measures 45×33×29cm, so shipping via air freight is doable but you'll want to check your carrier's volumetric weight calculations — we've had buyers underestimate that.
Payment terms are typically T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, but we can do L/C for established accounts, and the MOQ is one unit for most orders, though bulk pricing kicks in at 5 units or so.
We can start with a single unit for testing or small clinics. For larger orders, we typically offer better pricing — just reach out and we can discuss.
Standard lead time is about 7-15 days after payment, depending on stock levels. If you need it faster, let us know and we'll try to expedite.
This model has CE and a Patent Certificate. We can provide copies of these documents with your order for customs clearance or compliance checks.
Fast Mode (FHR) is for quicker treatments with less precision — good for large areas like legs or back. Professional Mode (HR) gives you more control over energy and pulse settings for sensitive areas like the face or bikini.
Keep it in a clean, dry environment between 10°C and 40°C. The cooling system works best when the room isn't too hot or humid, so avoid direct sunlight or damp spaces.
