We’re shipping teh 2024 3-wave diode unit with 755, 808, and 1064nm wavelengths—or a single 808nm bar if that’s your preference—and the cooling system is TEC plus wind, water, and semiconductor, so you can run sessions back-to-back without overheating the handpiece, which is over 15 million shots typically.
It basically handles full-body use on face and body, and the spot size is 12 by 36 millimeters, which is decent for coverage but won’t slow you down on larger areas, and we’ve got the German laser bar inside—most buyers go with the 1200W or 1600W model for salons, but the 3000W is better for high-volume clinics.
Payment terms are usually 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, and we accept T/T or L/C at sight, though for orders under $5,000 we often ask for full prepayment—shiping is FOB Shanghai or CIF depending on your port, and we’ve got CE cerification on file, so customs clearance is pretty straightforward.
One thing we don’t recommend this for is home-use or small rooms without proper ventilation, because at 2000W it generates real heat, and the water-cooling loop needs a clean supply—give or take 2-3 liters per session depending on ambient temps.
Also, the warranty is 2 years on the whole machine, but laser bar itself is covered for 1 year or 15 million shots (whichever hits first), and we’ll send you the user manual, a video, and online training access—though the video is in Chinese with English subtitles, so you might want to check lead time on that.
Higher wattage means more power for faster treatments and better results on thicker hair. The 3000W model is best for busy salons, while the 1200W works well for smaller clinics. If you treat a lot of clients daily, we'd recommend the 2000W or 3000W.
We usually require a minimum of 1 unit for the first order, but we can be flexible for repeat buyers. If you're ordering multiple units, we can also offer a better price per piece.
Along with CE, we can provide a certificate of origin from China and a test report for the laser bar. If you need a specific certification like FDA or RoHS, we can arrange it with extra lead time.
It uses TEC, wind, water, and semiconductor cooling together to keep the skin comfortable and reduce heat buildup. This makes it safe for most skin types, including darker tones, but we always recommend a patch test first.
We can adjust the handle design and offer different spot sizes on request, but the standard 12mm*36mm works well for both face and body. Customization usually adds 2-3 weeks to the lead time and may affect pricing.
