The 19mm tube and 140uw/cm² output are standard for this model. Customizing those specs would require a new tooling setup, so MOQ would need to be higher—at least 500 units.
We pack each lamp in a foam-lined carton, with individual slots to prevent contact. For larger orders, we use reinforced corrugated boxes with dividers. No issues with damage so far.
