We've been moving these 6V 4.5Ah SLA units for years, and the AGM construction is what keeps them reliable in standby service. It's rated at 4.5Ah at the 20-hour rate, so if you're pulling higher currents you'll see less usable capacity—that's just how lead-acid works. The F1 terminals (6.3mm Faston) are standerd, but check your mating connectors because some cheap ones are slightly undersized.
Actually, most buyers go with these for UPS backup or emergency lighting where the low self-discharge matters—you can leave it sitting for months and still get a decent runtime. Telecom gear is another common use, especially in smaller remote units where space is tight at 70x47x101mm. It's not suited for deep-cycle solar applicaion though; cycle life is only 300+ cycles at 50% DOD, so you'd be replacing them every year or so in daily cycling.
The 0.75kg weight makes it pretty easy to handle, but don't let the small size fool you—the sealed case means no acid leaks even if you mount it sideways. We usually have stock on these, but confirm lead time if you need more than 500 units because OEM orders can take 20 days or so. The warranty is 3 years, which is typical for this class of battery.
Operating temp range is -15°C to 40°C, but performence drops noticeably below freezing—you'll lose about 20% capacity at -10°C give or take. Storage at -20°C to 50°C is fine, just charge it before use if it's been sitting. One thing buyers don't always ask: the terminals are brass under the tin plating, so corrosion resisance is better than the steel ones on cheaper imports.
For ordering, we can do custom labeling if your MOQ is high enough—usually 1,000 units for a private label run. Otherwise, they come in standard neutral boxes with individual foam inserts. The COA from HPLC isn't relevant here, but we do provide a discharge test certificte on request for each batch.
