The five-year frame warranty is probably what catches most procurement people’s attention first—it’s not something you see on every kids’ bike, and it tells you we’re confident in the high-grade steel construction, which keeps bike at about 8 pounds while still handling up to 50 pounds of rider.
Basically, what that means in practice is you’re not going to get returns for bent frames or snapped welds, and the adjustable seat range—12 to 16 inches—along with the handlebar that goes from 18 to 22 inches, means a single unit can cover the whole 1-6 year age bracket without needing different sizes in inventory.
We usually run production lead time at 25 to 35 days, give or take, and the MOQ is 500 units—but if you’re ordering custom colors through OEM/ODM, expect that to stretch closer to 45 days or so, and we’ll need a signed TDS and deposit before we start tooling.
One thing buyers don’t always think to ask is that the EVA foam tires are actually better suited for indoor use or smooth pavement, while the air tires handle rougher terrain—so if your market is mostly suburban sidewalks, you’ll want to push teh foam option to keep costs down and avoid flat tires in the field.
Documentation-wise, our company provide a full COA with each batch, and the bike holds CE, EN71, 3CCC, and TUV certifications—so customs clearance in most regions is pretty straightforward, though we always recommend checking if your local importer needs a notarized copy of the 3CCC certifcate (usually 2-4 weeks to get that stamped).
Anyway, for payment we typically require 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, and we ship FOB form our main port—just confirm lead time before you lock in a retail launch date, because container space can push that 25-35 days out by another week or so during peak season.
Our MOQ is 500 units per color. For first-time buyers, we can sometimes negotiate a mixed-color container to help you test the market, but 500 is the standard minimum.
