We've been getting a lot of requests for custom labeling and different vial sizes lately, so we're finally ordering these TML-300-01 terminals in bulk to support that — the 300A rating with M8 screw is what most of our power system buyers go with, and the pure copper contacts keep contact resistance under 0.5mΩ, which matters for minimizing heat buildup at high current.
The injection molding on the thermoplastic housing is pretty consistent across batches, and we usually have stock on the 1000pc MOQ but the 15-30 day lead time can stretch if we're ordering non-standard packaing or concentration variants — anyway, the UL4128 and TUV certifications are already baked in, so you don't need to worry about re-qualifying for most setups.
Operating temp range is -40°C to +105°C, which covers most indoor energy storage racks but isn't great for direct outdoor exposure since it's only IP20 — basically, keep it inside a cabinet or enclosure. Teh dielectric strength is 2500V AC, so it handles the typical isolation requirment for 48V to 800V systems without issue.
One thing a buyer might not think to ask: the M8 screw torque spec isn't listed on the datasheet, but we typically recommend 8-10 Nm for the pure copper terminal to avoid stripping the threads. Also, high-temperature grade insulation holds up well at sustained 105°C, but we've seen some users push it to 110°C for short bursts (usually 2-4 weeks) without failure — your mileage may vary.
Most buyers go with the standard 1000pc bulk pack, but if you need smaller custom vial sizes or specific labeling for your production line, we can do that — just confirm the lead time because it adds about 10 days or so. The TUV cert covers the injection molding process, which is tighter tolerance than some generic alternatives for this current class.
The M8 screw is included with the connector — you don't need to source it separately. It's already fitted as part of the terminal assembly.
