We've got 20 random stencils per pack from a pool of 60-plus designs — it's basically a grab bag for kids, but the shapes are solid: animals, fruits, vehicles, that kind of thing. Not for toddlers under 3, obviously, given the small pieces and potential for splinters if they're rough, though the poplar plywood is sanded smooth and the edges are splinter-free in our experience.
Most buyers go with these for classroom settings or homeschool kits, where you need something durable enough to survive repeated tracing and drawing sessions without warping or cracking. They're 7.5 cm square each, give or take a millimeter, which is small enough for little hands to handle but big enough to actually trace around. Usually ships in an OPP bag unless you want custom packging — we've had requests for branded boxes, but that changes the lead time.
2.95 inches per side if you're converting, and natural wood tone means no paint or varnish to chip off over time, which actually matters for safety compliance since EC and CPC certs are in place. We don't have RSL documentation, but it's part of the standard COA if you need it — just flag that when you place the order. The MOQ is usually 500 packs or so, but we can flex that for a first-time trial order.
One thing I'd flag for procurement: the stencils are random selection, so if your buyer needs specific designs (all animals, no vehicles), you'll want to specify that upfront because the default mix is pretty random and we don't inventory individual shapes seprately. We've had returns from schools that expected a controlled set, so it's better than reagent grade communication to clarify your preference.
Shiping from our warehouse typically takes 15 working days for standerd orders, but our company can expedite to about 10 if you're in a crunch — just confirm lead time before we lock pricing because air freight eats into margins. Payment terms are generally T/T or L/C for larger volumes, and we'll provide a proforma invoice with all documentation for customs clearance.
And the surface is smooth enough that markers and crayons won't snag, which is actually a bigger selling point than you'd think when your end user is a 4-year-old pressing down hard. We don't guarantee every piece is identical in wood grain or color, but that's pretty much expected for natural plywood — no two are exactly alike, but that doesn't affect functionality.
Our standard MOQ is 20 sets, but we do offer sample orders of 1-2 sets for testing at a slightly higher unit price. Just let us know if you need a trial batch first, and we can arrange that.
For an order of 500 sets, lead time is usually around 10-15 working days after payment confirmation. If you're in a rush, we can sometimes expedite to 7-10 days, depending on current production load.
