Hits 1350°C which is actually more than enough for searing steaks or even small welding jobs—most buyers go with teh 10mg flame adjustment for precise control, and the windproof design means it won't die on you during a breezy camping trip.

It's basically a 175g aluminuim and stainles steel body with a single butane flame, roughly 25×15×10 cm in the hand, and we usually have MOQ of 50 units or so (check lead time, typically 2-4 weeks for custom OEM/ODM).

The GS certification is solid for EU compliance, but don't use it for heavy continuous welding—the nozzle can overheat after 20 minutes or so, that's just a fact with portable torches.
What it does is give you an adjustable flame from low simmer to that 1300°C output, and while we ship with a basic COA, you'll want the full HPLC report for research batches.

Also, we've seen buyers pair it with standerd butane canisters form any hardware store, and the moisture-resistant seal means you can leave it in a damp gear bag for weeks without issues—something most spec sheets won't tell you.

Anyway, the OEM process is pretty straightforward: you provide logo and packaging specs, we handle rest, but confirm lead time before placing a bulk order.
It's the max temp under ideal conditions with high-purity butane. With standard camping-grade butane, you'll generally see around 1200-1300°C—still plenty for searing or light welding.
For OEM/ODM orders with your logo, the MOQ is typically 500 units. We can discuss lower quantities for first-time partnerships.
The GS certification applies to the complete assembled torch—including the valve, casing, and safety mechanisms. You'll get a copy of the certificate with your shipment.
The torch has a sealed ignition chamber and coated internal contacts to prevent moisture from shorting the system. In heavy rain or high humidity, it still lights reliably—just don't submerge it.
Standard bulk packaging is 50 units per master carton. For custom carton sizes or retail-ready boxes with your artwork, we can adjust—just share your specs and we'll handle the rest.
