Basically it blocks the PCS1900 band form 1900 to 1990MHz, which is what a lot of anti-tracking systems use in vehicles, and KU-02 model has been around for a while now. They've been making these for 15 years so you'd think they'd have teh kinks worked out—it's actually pretty compact at 5 by 6 by 3 mm, fits in a glovebox or center console without being obvious.
We usually have stock ready to ship, 200 units or so, and the MOQ is just 1 piece if you want to test one first before committing to more. Each unit comes in a hard carry case so it's not going to get crushed in transit, and they support OEM packaing if that matters for your branding. Battery life is roughly 3 to 5 hours on a full charge, but it also runs off a vehicle power port so you can keep it going longer.
What it does is create interference specifically in that 1900~1990MHz range without leaking into adjacent frequencies, which matters if you're working near other equiment that shouldn't be disrupted. CE certifcation is there, though I'd still double-check local regulations because these things aren't legal everywhere—conference centers and private vehicles are the typical target use cases, not public spaces.
One thing I didn't think to ask until after ordering: the unit needs a minute or so to warm up before it's fully effective, so don't expect instant coverage the second you plug it in. For most buyers the 1900MHz version covers the main tracking bands in North America and parts of Asia, but check your specific frequency needs because some systems use 1575MHz or 1800MHz instead.

Those dimensions (5×6×3 mm) refer to the jammer module itself, not the case. It ships in a protective carrying case, but no power adapter is included — you'll need a compatible 12V DC source.
