Basically, they’re forged from high carbon steel with a chrome plated suface that sheds rust and grime well enough for outdoor construction sites, and the box joint keeps teh jaws aligned even after thousands of snips on 4mm steel wire or tougher stainlss runs.
Three sizes come through our line — 6, 7, and 8 inches — with net weights between 16 and 23 ounces or so, so the 6-inch variant is smart for tight junction boxes while the 8-inch gives you that extra lever advantage on 6mm or 5/16-inch hard steel.
You’ll get them packed in standerd export cartons at a thousand-piece MOQ, and we usually hold stock for a 20-day lead time unless your order spikes past 50,000 units (check availability if you need them fast for a big job).
They’re not built for fine electronics work like snipping PCB leads or thin copper — the heavy-duty and ergonomic non-slip handle are really aimed at guys turning wrenches in auto repair or pulling wire all day, where hand fatigue actually matters by hour four of a panel install.
Each tool goes through a basic quality check, and our company can attach a COA showing hardness typically runs around HRC 48-52 on the edge, which is better than what most import punches deliver for this price point but still leaves some room for your shop to re-hone if you’re hardened steel every shift.
The MOQ is 1,000 pieces per size. If you need a mix of sizes, we can work that out, but the total order should still hit 1,000 units minimum.
Yes, we can provide material test reports and a certificate of conformity for the high carbon steel and chrome plating. Just let us know what specific docs your buyer requires.
Absolutely. We can send a sample for the 6-inch size, but you'd cover the shipping cost. Once the bulk order is placed, we'll deduct the sample fee from the invoice.
They come in standard export cartons, with each clipper individually wrapped to prevent scratches during transit. We can also add custom branding on the carton if needed.
Lead time is around 15-20 working days after order confirmation and deposit. Since our production capacity is 50,000 units per month, we can scale up quickly if you need more.
