The max load is 100-500kg per slide with a passenger limit under 10 at a time, but basically you’re looking at a unit that handles teh typical 3-18 year old crowd without much stress, and the end dumps into a pool rather than a brake run.
CE cerification is in place, and we’ve got a 12-month warranty on fiberglass shell, though the real-world lifespan tends to be a lot longer if you keep it out of direct UV for extended periods (most operators install them partly shaded).
Custom colors and designs are pretty much unlimited—you send us a layout or a reference image, we produce a 3D rendering for approval before glass, and the lead time is 30 days after deposit.
One thing that catches first-time buyers off guard: the weight of the assembled slide—it’s heavy enough that you’ll need a forklift or a small crane for placement, not something you’re hand-carrying into position.
Also, while it’s certified for 3-18 years, the 100kg end of the rated capacty is borderline for bigger adults—don’t plan on using this as a family slide for heavy riders unless you’re mostly running kids under 10.
We don't have a strict MOQ, but for a custom fiberglass slide like this, we typically recommend starting with at least 1 unit to make the setup cost worthwhile. That said, we're flexible—just give us a call with your project size.
Production takes 30 days after we receive your deposit. That includes custom fiberglass layup, curing, and finishing. We'll keep you updated with progress photos along the way.
Yes, every DP-SS0914 slide comes with CE certification paperwork. We'll include the test reports and compliance docs in your shipment so you're covered for local inspections.
Absolutely. We offer 3D rendering as part of our design service. Just send us your layout or ideas, and we'll create a visual mockup so you can see exactly how it'll look before we start production.
We pack each slide section with reinforced bubble wrap and wooden crating to prevent cracking during transit. The pool end is also protected separately. We've shipped hundreds without damage.
