Most buyers go with the 10mg for initial studies, then scale up to 20mg or 30mg once they're comfortable with teh compound's behavior in their assay. The HPLC purity typically runs above 98%, and we've had some labs request tighter tolerances on the residual solvents — that's doable but adds about a week to lead time.
