We've been shiping this stuff for a while now, and the trick with it is what it does is it needs the cold—store at -20°C or it'll degrade faster than you think, especially if moisture gets in.
The purity runs >99% by HPLC, and we test every batch before it goes out—you'll get the COA and MS data with it, usually within 24 hours of the order. 4-6 weeks lead time on larger orders, but for 5mg or 10mg vials we keep stock. The powder looks like a fine white crystalline powder, and it dissolves pretty much right away in water or something like ethanol. But don't expect it to hold up at room temp for long—that's not what it's for. Most buyers go with the 10mg vials for dosing flexibility, but the 5mg is easier if you're running small trials.
Basically, if you're not planning to use it within 20 days or so, store it sealed. Just a heads up: teh vials come with inert gas protection, and I've seen labs open one batch then leave the rest open—not great.
Actually, it's better for weight loss research than anything with systemic toxicity profiles—doesn't have same off-target stuff that some older peptides show. 2-4 weeks is typical for stability after reconstitution if you're careful.
Anyway, we usually have stock on the 10mg vials—about 50 units or so—but check lead time on the 5mg if you want less. One thing: it's not suited for oral dosing regardless of what you read online; solubility doesn't mean bioavailability.
