You're trying to run GLP-1/GIP receptor studies and most commercial peptides come with batch-to-batch variability that screws up your, right? We see that all the time with suppliers who don't run proper purification.
What we do is lyophilize from a filter-sterilized solution, so the white powder you get is pretty much free of endotoxins and aggregates — that matters when you're working at the low nM range where the receptor binding is actually happening. The 2mg or 5mg vials are easier to reconstitute for most protocols, but the 10mg vials work fine if you're running high-dose trials (just check your solubility first).
Purity runs ≥99% we ship, and the molecular weight comes in right around 4114.6 Da, give or take. We've had customers use it for in vivo work and the stability holds up at 2-8°C for 36 months or so, as long as you keep it away from light. The 10mg vials are actually more popular than the 5mg for chronic studies, but most buyers go with the 2mg for initial titrations.
MOQ is one kit of 10 vials, and we usually have stock in the US warehouse — but confirm lead time if you need more than 50 kits at once. One thing that catches people: the rubber stoppers are standard, but if you're using automated reconstitution systems, let us know because we can supply pre-scored vials.
Anyway, the peptide isn't meant for anything beyond lab use — we've had a few inquiries about human appliction, but the solubility profile and storage requirment make it a poor fit for that. It's better than reagent-grade for receptor binding assays, but don't push the freeze-thaw cycles beyond three.
We'll include the COA with HPLC trace and the SDS, but the TDS has the sterility data if you need it for your internal protocols. Roughly 20 days from order to dilevery for standerd orders.
