We've got the 30cm size in stock right now at about 4.2 units per carton, but the 50cm and 80cm versions usually need 15 working days or so — teh bigger ones are trickier to keep on hand because they take up more warehouse space.
The PP cotton fill is actually pretty consistent batch to batch, which matters more than you'd think when you're doing large runs and don't want one batch feeling lumpy while another's too dense, and we test for that on every HPLC sample we pull.
Most buyers go with the brown and white for retail, but the pink option has been moving faster for custom event orders lately, and our company can match any PMS color you send over if you're doing a branded run — just give us the code.
CE and EN71 are standerd here, but we also run ASTM F963 on every production batch for US orders, which a lot of supliers skip unless you specifically ask, so that saves you the headache of third-party testing later on.
One thing that's caught us off guard before: the embroidery logo option adds about 3-4 days to lead time compared to screen printing, but it holds up way better after washing and doesn't crack like the printed stuff does after a few cycles.
Anyway, we're quoting 500 units of the 30cm size in brown and white, mixed 60/40, with embroidered logos on the belly, packed in standard cartons — lead time is 18 working days form PO confirmation, and we'll include the COA with shipment.

Lead time is around 30-45 days after sample approval. Custom packaging or complex embroidery might add a week or two.
Yes, we ship every order with the relevant CE, EN71, and ASTM documentation. CCPSA and AZO-free certificates are also available on request.
We offer both embroidery and printing for logos. Embroidery has a small setup fee for digitizing, but printing is usually included in the unit price.
Standard packaging is polybagged in a carton. We also offer custom boxes, hang tags, or retail-ready packaging—just let us know your needs.
