We make these from high-grade steel, roughly 100 grams each, and the standard size is about 8.89 by 6.35 by 0.64 cm—it's pretty much the perfect footprint for most beam flanges, and we usually stock the natural steel finish though color customization is okay if you need it for color-coding.

8.89 x 6.35 x 0.64 cm is the standard, but we do custom sizes if your beam is thicker or thinner than that, MOQ on those is typically 500 units or so, and lead time can run 20 days or so (check current schedule because of that it fluctuates).

The toothed face is what it is—basically, it bites into the beam surface even when there's a bit of grime, so in oily mills or dusty factories, you've got better holding power than a standard clamp, though I'd still caution against using it on thin sheet metal where the teeth might deform material.

Packging is just a protective carton, nothing fancy, and we ship with a COA showing HPLC purity from the steel batch—it's not a spec we normally get asked about, but some qualiy control guys appreciate knowing teh exact composition.

Most buyers go with the standard size unless their beam flanges are outside the typical range, and anyway the external installation means you don't need to drill holes or weld anything so it's fast.
