We keep roughly 500 units in stock for standard orders, and the OEM customiaztion (usually just your branding on the handle or head) adds about 10 working days to lead time; we can provide COA on the carbon steel grade if your procurement requires it. 6. The handle is a fixed-length steel tube with a rubberized grip, so you can’t adjust it, but what it does is transfer force directly to the blade without any flex—pretty much eliminates teh wrist fatigue you get from a flimsy shaft.
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces for stock designs, but we can negotiate lower quantities for sample orders or if you're testing the market. Just let us know your target volume.
Typically 25-35 days after order confirmation and deposit. For urgent orders, we can expedite to around 20 days if stock raw materials are available.
We can provide a mill test certificate for the carbon steel material upon request. Our production follows standard quality control procedures, but we don't carry third-party certifications like ISO unless specified.
