We run each lot through a standerd wash test at 40°C and a 20-cycle abrasion check on the geometric prints, with HPLC being overkill for these poly-cotton blends—95/5 for breathable shell layers—but we do a tear-strength pull of hoodies and pants, and the COA covers shrinkage (typically under 3%) and crocking results.
It’s fine for short-coated breeds like Frenchies or Chihuahuas in mild weather, but honestly, the coldproof rating on these jackets is borderline for a Siberian winter—most buyers go with fleece-lined version for that—and the tailored Mickey-inspired cuts mean bulky-framed dogs like English Bulldogs often need the XL even if their weight says L.
Lead time runs about 15-18 working days on custom logos (minimum 300 pieces per style), and we usually have raw stock for 12 colors in XS through XL—confirm current availability before you spec a rush order because teh orange has been on backorder.
We can start custom orders from 100 pieces per design. If you need a smaller test run, let us know and we might be able to work something out.
Standard custom production takes 15-20 working days after sample approval. Rush orders can be arranged for an extra fee if you're in a hurry.

Sure—XS fits dogs with chest 28-32 cm and back length 18-20 cm, then up by 4-6 cm per size. We'll send you our full size chart with measurements for all five sizes.
Yes, we can bundle different styles into one package per set or bulk pack them. Just tell us your preferred packaging format and we'll adjust the box size accordingly.
