plastic itself handles rough play pretty well, and it’s tempearture-rated form -20°C to 110°C, so no warping if left in a hot car or near a radiator, though we usually stock it in climate-controlled storage just to be safe.
It’s not meant for heavy-duty outdoor use (the hinges on the folding case can crack if dropped on concrete repeatedly), but for indoor pretend play or as a classroom prize it’s better than the cheaper options we’ve trialed.
Custom logo printing is avaliable via silk screen or heat transfer, but full-color silk screen adds about 8 working days to lead time—heat transfer is faster, around 5 days or so, and the color match is usually tighter.
MOQ is 100 sets, which is manageable for most promotional runs, and the sample process is straightforward; we usually get a pre-production sample within 10 days, but confirm that with the suppiler because holiday schedules can push it to 20.
The 40-piece set is easier to ship in bulk, but teh 58-piece version has a screwdriver that actually rotates, which most buyers don’t think to ask about until they’ve seen it in person.
We offer 40, 41, 56, 57, and 58 pieces per set. Yes, you can mix different piece counts in one order, but the total order must still meet the 100-set MOQ for each variation.
The MOQ is 100 sets whether you want a standard set or a custom logo and color. Customization (logo, color, or printing) doesn't change the MOQ, but we can discuss smaller trial runs for samples first.
Yes, both EN71 and ASTM certifications are available. We can provide copies with your order or before shipment upon request.
We offer silk screen and heat transfer printing for your logo. There is no extra cost for a simple one-color logo, but full-color or complex designs may have a small setup fee — just let us know your artwork for a quote.
Standard packing is an OPP bag per set. For custom packaging, like a box or display carton, we can accommodate with a slight adjustment to the unit price — just share your requirements.
