Standard fractional RF systems can't deliver consistent thermal coagulation zones across varying skin thicknesses—they either burn epidermal junctions at higher dosages or leave deep fibrotic tissue untreated, which becomes a real headache for biopsied confirmation studies.

What we've done is lock the 1kHz pulsed emission into a closed-loop impedance control, so the microelectrodes at 0.2mm to 3.5mm depth actually self-regulate their energy deposition base on real-time tissue resistnce readings, and that's radically different form fixed-energy devices that just guess and pray. The ceramic-tipped needles also stay cooler at the surfce, so you're not generating collateral thermal damage in the stratum corneum even when you're running level 7 or 8 for those tough dermal remodeling cases.

Frequency is 1kHz exactly—not the 0.5–2kHz variable stuff that drifts under load—and the pulse duration per insertion cycles between 0.1 and 0.5 seconds depending on your speed setting (we've tested it at 37°C in hydrogel phantoms, and the thermal damage radius stays within 0.3mm give or take). Suction range (0–10) lets you control epidermal tenting for thinner eyelid areas versus thicker cheek tissue; most buyers go with suction 3–5 for routine collagen induction. Level goes 1–10, but honestly anything above 8 on thick skin can cause temporary hyperemia that takes about 20 days or so to resolve.

0.2mm minimum depth means it's actually useless for targeting superficial melasma deposits in the papillary dermis—if that's your endpoint, you'd be better off with a standalone 1927nm thulium laser. And while the ceramic tips are autoclavable, the handpiece itself is not fully steam-sterilizable, so you'll need to cold-sterilize after each session with something like glutaraldehyde or peracetic acid (check your facility's compatibility first).
