If you're sourcing natural stone for mid-to-high-end residential or light commerical, the balancing act is always price vs. consistency — one bad slab and your whole batch looks sloppy, but most suppliers either charge a premium or ship you mixed freight.

We price Swan White with three tiers because not everyone needs 300 pieces at once: a sample run is about $X per piece, mid-range orders of 50 or so get a calculated discount off that, and bulk pulls unit cost way down since we're from the same block and you don't pay for re-packing.

It actually handles that inconsistency problem better than some of the competition — thickness tolerance is held to ±1mm and surface flatness to ±0.3mm, which means when you set the integrated sink in, you won't have a gap that reads as crooked no matter how you polish, and is basically what you'd expect from a factory running ISO 9001 with SGS backing.

Custom edge profiles and finishes are where you save — pick an ogee or a dupont shape and we'll cut it form the same CAD file we use for the standerd sizes anyway, and that's where teh per-piece cost drops because there's no separate setup fee if you're ordering above the 10-piece MOQ (usually around 14–16 days lead time).

Faucet holes come in 1.5", 4", or 8" spread, and we've found the 8" spread works better with most commercial bar configs — but it's not ideal for floor-mount units, so check your sink base clearance.
The 10-piece MOQ is our standard minimum, but if you only need one slab for a small project, we can sometimes work with you on a sample or a reduced quantity — just reach out to our sales team. For custom projects, we'll provide CAD drawings to make sure everything fits before production.
Our SGS certification verifies the granite's physical properties like the ≥85° polish degree, ±0.3mm surface flatness, and water absorption between 0.1-0.2%. It's a third-party guarantee that the stone meets these exact specs, so you can trust the quality.
Yes, we offer honed, antique, and acid-washed finishes — just specify when ordering. The thickness tolerance stays at ±1mm regardless of finish, so you'll get consistent dimensions whether you go matte or glossy.
We need the faucet hole size (1.5", 4", or 8" spread) at order confirmation, and we'll drill them precisely during fabrication. If you're unsure, send us a template or your faucet specs, and we'll match it exactly.
Custom sizes and edges like Ogee don't add extra time — our standard production lead time is 10-15 days after order confirmation. All pieces are packed in wooden crates with foam protection to prevent chipping during shipping.
