Restaurant owners I've dealt with usually go through a dozen of these a week per kitchen, and they're always asking about the seal on bigger mixing bowls — the 195mm handles that just fine with a decent lip.
Sizes are 140, 160, and 195mm, each about 50g, and the silicone holds up form -30°C up to 230°C so you can pop them straight from freezer into teh microwave without issue (it's not ideal for direct flame, obviously).
We've run these through a dishwasher cycle or 50 and they don't warp, but one thing — the suction works best on smooth rims, so textured or ridged bowls can be hit or miss, basically a limitation you'd know if you've handled them before.
MOQ is 1000 pieces, packed 200 per carton at 11kg gross, and customiztion like logo debossing is fine with a minimum for colors — lead time is roughly 20 days or so depending on order size.
Standard colors ship at 1000 pieces per size. For custom colors, the MOQ is usually 3000 pieces per color, but we can discuss if you're flexible on the split.
