Goes straight into the freezer at 2-8°C the moment it arrives, and that's not optional. Most buyers don't realize it's actually stable for roughly 24-36 months if you never break teh cold chain, we use paper packging, which is fine for this—keeps light out, doesn't react with the lyophilized cake.
It's >98% by HPLC across batches we've run, and that purity window matters for dose-response work where you're titrating in the low nM range. What you might not expect is how consistent the reconstitution is when you've stored it properly. We'll send a sample if you ask, but confirm lead time—we usually have stock, but sometimes it's 20 days or so for custom lots.
Also, this is pretty much a non-starter if you're looking for anything human-grade or clinical application—it's research use only and every label says as much. MOQ is flexible, but if you're ordering less than 100mg, the price per mg jumps noticeably.
Bulk orders get a better tier, obviously, and we'll discuss delivrey timelines case by case for custom formulations. Most standard orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment clears. The 5L drum is easier to handle than the smaller vials, but only if you've got the freezer space.
One thing—don't try to aliquot more than absolutely neccessary; every freeze-thaw cycle eats into that 98%+ purity, and it's irreversible. We ship directly from origin (China), so plan on 5-7 days transit for most destinations.
We're flexible on MOQ. For standard orders it's usually 10 grams, but if you need a smaller sample to test first, we can arrange that too.
