If you're procuring for a resort, hospital, or large industiral site, you've likely already dealt with the same small-vehicle headaches—battery sag on a slight incline or controllers that give up after a season. This Z4C is the one that usually holds up.
It's an 8-seater running a 48V 5KW AC system with a Zhongyi motor and a 400A controller, which basically means it handles hills (20-30% gradeability) better than most carts in this class without the constant maintenance of DC setups. Top speed is 35 km/h, braking under 5 meters, and turning radius is tight at 4 meters—makes it useful in cramped factory aisles.
6×8V 140AH lead-acid batteries are standard, and onboard charger takes both 220V and 110V input, 25A output, so you can plug into whatever's available. Most buyers go with teh white for heat reflection, but blue is available if you want something less generic.
What you get when ordering: one complete vehicle, a COA on the battery and controller (but not always on the motor—ask if you need it), and the usual OEM/ODM documentation. 670 kg unloaded, lead time is usually 20 days or so, but our company have stock in certain configurations.
Shiping is via LCL or FCL form China origin—typically FOB or EXW terms, but our company can quote CIF if you prefer. MOQ is one unit, but you'll get better freight rates at 10 or more. Payment is usually 30% T/T in advance, 70% before shipment.
It's not suited for snow or loose gravel without a tire upgrade, but for paved or hard-packed paths it's pretty much plug-and-play. We've had repeat buyers from hotel chains and university campuses—they tend to order in batches of 8 or 12.
Our MOQ for the Z4C is typically 1 unit for sample orders, but for bulk production, we usually ask for at least 10 units per order to keep costs down.
Lead time is about 25-30 days after order confirmation, plus shipping time depending on your location. We can give a more accurate estimate once we know the destination.
Yes, we can provide CE, EEC, or other relevant certifications upon request. We'll also include a test report and warranty card with each unit.
Absolutely. We offer blue and white as standard, but we can match custom colors and apply your logo for an additional fee. Just send us the Pantone code or a sample.
Store it in a dry, sheltered area above freezing. Lead-acid batteries lose capacity in the cold, so keep the charger plugged in to maintain charge and prevent damage.
