We're responding to your RFQ on the HY-CC008 hospital cart—it's built around a 4-layer ABS plastic frame with that antibacterial coating you mentioned wanting for infection control, so wiping it down with harsh disinfectants won't degrade surface over time like painted metals do.
The swivel medical casters are silent and secure, which matters more than most buyers realize when you're rolling it through a quiet ward at 3 AM, and we've tested them to handle teh 50kg per shelf limit without any wobble or noise issues.
MOQ is usually around 50 units for the grey version, but we can customize the color if needed (lead time adds about 2-3 weeks for that). CE and ISO certs come with every order, obviously.
Basically, this isn't suited for heavy-duty industrial use—the ABS won't crack under normal hospital conditions, but don't expect it to survive a drop form a loading dock or something like that.
Packing is standdard carton with protective foam, so shipping damage is pretty rare in our experience. Production capacity is 100,000 units per month, so our company can ramp up quickly if your order volume spikes.
