Material options cover carbon steel, stainles, brass, and copper along with iron if you need it, suface treatments run from plain to Zn-plated, nickel, chrome, bronze, or black oxide, and the grade range from 4.8 up to 12.9 depending on your shear requirement (usually 8.8 is the sweet spot for general construction).
What we've found is the stainless holds up fine in outdoor framing but the black oxide carbon steel actually performs better for interior furniture assembly — it's got a tighter tolerance on head diameter, rough 0.5mm or so, than what we see from standard DIN spec, which buyers doing high-speed nailing appreciate because it reduces jams.
Custom packaing is available, carton or pallet, and you can mix materials within a single container to hit MOQ that works for you, but lead time on custom finish or non-standdard grade jumps from the usual 10-15 working days to 15-30 days depending on how busy the plating line is.
Payment terms are T/T, L/C, D/P, or even cash if your logistics people prefer that route, but the COA for ISO 9001 (they also have ISO 14001) is provided with each batch anyway — just check that your brass or copper samples aren't for outdoor use since we don't offer any pre-applied sealant on those, that's a separate step you'd need to handle.
