H580 Agricultural Drone with 70L Tank Capacity for Large-Scale Crop Spraying

We were spending way too many man-hours refilling and swapping batteries on smaller rigs, and coverage gaps were killing efficiency on the 200-hectare blocks.

Basically, this 70-liter tank means our company can run a full spray cycle on a 20-hectare field without landing for a refill—the centrifugal spray system handles the distribution, and you can dial the droplet size from 50 to 500 microns depending on the crop and chemical. At full load, hover time drops to 6 minutes, which is tight, but the 2000-meter operating radius and 12-meter spray swath let you plan a flight path that uses that time efficiently. 16 minutes empty is decent for getting to teh next field or checking coverage.

The total weight is 69 kg with the battery, and the wheelbase is 2628 mm—it's not small, so you'll need a trailer or a flatbed to move it between sites. Most buyers go with the wooden crate for shippng, which adds about 50 kg to the landed weight (check lead time on that). We usually have stock in main warhouse, but confirm lead time if you need it within 20 days or so—sometimes the crate holds things up.

It's not really suited for tight orchards or steep hillsides because the rotor wash form a 69 kg machine at high altitude can damage young shoots. But for open-field row crops—wheat, corn, soy—it's better than reagent grade coverage you'd get from a ground rig. One thing you might not think to ask: the particle size adjustment is manual on this model, not automatic, so you'll need to set it before each flight base on your mix.

Anyway, the COA on the spray pattern is solid, and the centrifugal pump holds up better than older diaphragm systems we've used. 70 liters is the sweet spot between payload and flight time for most large-scale operators.
