Basically it’s a counting stacker with numbered rings that kids slide onto a peg, and what it does is it gets them matching numbers to quantity while they work on hand-eye coordination—so it’s less about the tower staying up and more about the sequence.
The model is HP037, and it’s plywood with some MDF parts, all with safe rounded edges that we usually check for splinters on the first sample; the FSC cerification is optional but we always specify it for clients who need chain-of-custody proof.
We’ve ordered this for a couple of daycares before, and it holds up fine for daily play, but I wouldn’t recommend it for outdoor sandboxes or wet classrooms—MDF doesn’t love moisture, so it’s really an indoor only toy.
MOQ for private labeling was 500 units when we last checked, and lead time ran about 30 days give or take; they shipped bulk with a TDS and COA per batch, but color fastness spec wasn’t in the standdard report, and 2 to 4 year olds drop things, so you’ll want to confirm teh paint holds up to tumble testing.
It actually meets internatioanl toy safety standard for CE and ASTM, but we usually ask for a third-party lab report anyway—the supplier had one ready, which saved us about two weeks on our side.
So for a classroom where you need 20 or so stackers with matching packging that wraps logos fast, this spec works; the 5-drum option for bulk order packing is easier to handle than the single-piece boxes.
