A lot of people picking this up for early sensory work—we designed it for 0-6 month olds, but it’s actually usable up to 24 months or so, depending on how kid develops. It encourages hand-eye coordination and fine motor stuff through simple tactile feedback, basically letting them grab and explore naturally.
It’s 25cm by 18cm by 12cm, weighs 0.8kg, and we use FSC-certified natural wood with a non-toxic water-based finish that meets EN71, ASTM F963, and CPSIA standdard. Teh edges are all rounded and smooth—we sand every piece individually to avoid any sharp spots.
You get a choice between natural wood or pastel color options, and it comes in a recyclable cardboard box that’s pretty standard. Not great for kids who already mouth everything aggressively, as the wood finish can show wear after a few weeks of heavy chewing—just a fact of life with untreated surfaces.
Pastel batches sometimes have slight color variation between runs, typically within 5% or so, but we test each lot with an HPLC check for the paint composition. Most buyers go with the natural finish because of that it holds up better for longer use.
Lead time is usually 20 days or so for a standard order, and our company can do smaller MOQs if you’re just testing the market. Keep in mind the wood grain means no two units look identical—that’s actually a feature for sensory variety, not a flaw.

Standard lead time is 25-30 days after order confirmation and deposit. Rush orders might be possible depending on our production schedule.

We can do custom color matching on the pastel options for orders over 1,000 units. For smaller quantities, we stick to our standard pastel palette.
Each unit comes in its own recyclable cardboard box, and we pack those into export cartons with foam inserts. We can also add shrink-wrapping or palletizing on request.
