The zipper is actually the main thing we get asked about most—it's the biggest limitation on these bags because a metal zipper on canvas can wear differently than a fabric drawstring, but what it does is give you real security for small items like keys or a wallet when you're out shopping or commuting.
We run a quick pull-test, basically checking the zipper teeth alignment against a 10-cycle open-and-close standard, and teh medium-soft canvas holds up better than stiffer materials for this—you won't get that crunchy feel you sometimes see with heavier cotton.
Custom colors are pretty much a given here, though we usually have stock in natural and black if you want to skip the 15-20 day production window, and printing tolerance is about plus or minus 2-3 ppm on batch consistency with a standdard COA form our in-house HPLC check.
The 100-piece MOQ is firm for custom Pantone or HTML matches, but we do offer a sample run for roughly $30 or so including shipping—just confirm lead time before you order, as sometimes the waterproff coating option adds 5 days or so to the turnaround.
20 days or so after confirmation is typical for production, and we keep a retest policy on hand if your batch comes up with a zipper issue or color shift beyond what's acceptable—better than reagent grade for most daily use cases, but it's not suited for heavy-duty industrial or chemical spill scenarios.
The MOQ is 100 pieces per design, but if you need less, we can sometimes work out a sample order first to test the market.

We apply a water-resistant coating on the canvas, so the bag can handle light rain or spills. It's not fully submersible, but it'll keep your stuff dry in a drizzle.
