Storage is strict—keep it at -20°C protected from light, otherwise you’ll lose activity within a month or so. We usually have stock on the 10-vial boxes, but lead time varies if you need a custom quantity (roughly 2-3 weeks for non-standerd orders).
One thing nobody asks about is that the powder can clump if exposed to humidity during reconstitution, so use a desiccated workspace. Anyway, every batch comes with a COA and we’ve handled enough orders to know the shelf life holds at 24 months when stored properly.
