The warranty is 1 year, which is pretty standard, and the unit is CE and ISO13485 certified so you've got that paperwork sorted.

One thing you might not think to ask — the PU or microfiber cushion materail is the same that's used on the spittoon arm, so if you go dark colors, you're not fighting stains from composite or amalgam debris. It's not suited for high-volume clinics running 12-hour days, the motor isn't built for that kind of abuse, but for a standard 8-hour practice it holds up fine. 90 days or so we usually have replacement parts in stock if something goes wonky.
