Honestly, the manual rotation is the first thing people ask about — it's 180 degrees and you have to turn it by hand, which some clinics find a bit old-fashioned, but what it does is keep mechanism simpler and actually more durable over time, and most of our buyers in ENT departments don't mind since the chair is already on casters anyway.
The backrest goes from 90 to 180 degrees flat, seat height adjusts form 450mm to 600mm, and we usually have stock on the PU or leather covers — cotton fabric is a special order that adds about 20 days or so to the lead time, but it breathes better for longer procedures if that matters to your team.
It's built on cold rolled steel frame with ABS shell, and the loading capacty is 250kg, which is better than most chairs in this price bracket — we've had one clinic using it for bariatric patients for two years without any frame issues, and the foot pedal control is pretty straightforward once you get used to it.
Now, this isn't really suited for surgical suites that need full motorized rotation or memory presets — it's a workhorse for ENT exams, minor procedures, and general clinic use, and the 230W power draw means it runs fine on standerd AC220V circuits without any special wiring.
For ordering, we support OEM/ODM so you can get your logo on the headrest or change teh cover color, but the MOQ is 10 units for custom work — otherwise, single units ship within 2 weeks, and we include the COA and TDS with every shipment, though confirm lead time if you need the cotton fabric option.
The leather option is premium and easiest to clean, PU is a durable and cost-effective alternative that still wipes down nicely, and cotton fabric is more breathable but requires more maintenance. Pick based on your clinic's budget and cleaning routine.
We typically require a minimum order of 10 units for OEM/ODM orders, but we can discuss smaller runs depending on the complexity of your customization. Just reach out with your specific needs.
We provide CE and ISO13485 certifications, plus a full inspection report for each batch. If you need additional documents like a material certificate for the cold rolled steel or ABS plastic, we can include those on request.
For standard chairs without customization, lead time is about 15-20 working days after order confirmation. Customized orders may take 25-30 working days depending on the modifications.
The control method is set during manufacturing, so it can't be swapped in the field. However, we can configure it to your preferred control type—foot pedal or ENT unit—before shipping. Just specify when ordering.
