We've got them in carbon steel or stainlss steel, thickness from 1.5mm to 3.75mm, and the surface can be powder coated, GI, or HDG—usually we stock 3m and 6m lengths but custom sizes are no problem, give or take a few days on lead time.
Basically, they stamp clean and punch precisely, so you don't end up fighting misaligned holes on site, and it handles bending and welding without cracking because the materail is consistent.
One thing—these aren't great for high-temp appliction above 400°C or so, the coating will degrade, so just keep that in mind.
For OEM runs, we'll do any length or hole pattern you want, and MOQ is 50 units or so, but our company can work with smaller batches if you ask.
Shipping usually takes 20 days or so from origin in China, and we'll include the COA with every order—just confirm the surface finish before production.
Thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 3.75mm, and the specification for the plate itself is 5mm to 7mm. You can pick the exact thickness you need within that range.
