It’s not meant for high-cycle motor starting or frequent switching under load, the electrical endurance is 1500 cycles and mechancial is 8500, so think of it as a main breaker or feeder protector rather than something you’re throwing on and off daily.
You can get it in 2-pole, 3-pole, or 4-pole configurations with rated current from 25A all way up to 160A, and it ships with a terminal box included — just bolt it into a fixed mount and wire it up manual operation only, no motor operator standard.
We’ve got CE, CB, CCC, and RoHS certs on file, and the BMC non-flammable housing means it won’t contribute to a fire if something goes wrong inside, which is basically what you want from a breaker that costs this much.
MOQ is usually 10 units for the common ratings, but we’ll do 5 if you’re testing a batch (check lead time), and teh lead time from our factory is about 20 days or so for orders under 100 pieces — we ship with COA and SDS for customs clearance.
We can typically do 50 units per model for standard orders, but if you're testing or need a small batch first, just reach out — we can often accommodate lower MOQs for first-time buyers.
Yes, we include CE, CB, CCC, and RoHS certificates with every order. If you need specific test reports like short-circuit or endurance verification, just ask and we'll send them along.
The 50kA Icu is only for 2P and 3P versions at 400V AC. For 4P or at 690V, the breaking capacity drops — check the datasheet for exact numbers, or message us with your setup and we'll confirm.
Standard is with terminal box, but we do offer alternative terminal configurations for bulk orders. Just let us know what you need — cable connectors or busbar links — and we'll see what works.
Store it in a dry, clean place with ambient temperature between -25°C and 70°C, and avoid corrosive gases. The BMC non-flammable base holds up well, but keep it in original packaging until installation.
