Most buyers go with the 800W to 1200W range for most skin types, and triple cooling—air, water, and semiconductor—keeps the sapphire tip ice-cold even during back-to-back passes on high energy, which is basically what makes it tolerable for darker skin on the 1064nm setting.
It’s got three wavelengths in one stack: 755nm for those fine, light hairs that just won’t budge on fair skin, 808nm for the bulk of natural tones, and 1064nm for darker or tanned complexions—actually, the 1064nm is what you’ll lean on for clients who’ve had irritation before.
The handpiece weighs next to nothing at 0.35kg, so wrist fatigue isn’t a thing, but the main unit itself is a solid 45kg (check the floor load if you’re on a mezzanine). Not suited for single-use disposables or home-use setups—this is strictly for clinics and salons where you’re doing multiple treatments a day (typically 20+ sessions).
One thing you might not think to ask: the OEM/ODM customiaztion includes tweaking teh power curve, so if you want a softer ramp for sensitive areas, that’s doable, but it adds 2-4 weeks to lead time. The warranty is two years, and we’ve got CE, ISO9001, RoHS, and SGS paperwork ready—COAs, though I’d confirm the exact ppm limits for your local regs.

Yes, the USA Coherent laser bars are rated for 50 million shots under normal use. The machine comes with a 2-year warranty covering the laser source, so if there's any defect within that period, we'll replace or repair it free of charge.

The main unit and handpiece are packed in a reinforced wooden crate with foam padding. For a standard order, lead time is about 7-10 days; OEM customization adds 3-5 days for production setup.
