We’ve been seeing more RFQs for these lately, and the main ask is usually whether it can handle sustained professional use without overheating or losing suction over a 30-minute session. It does, because the 24W motor runs pretty cool, and the vacuum pump holds pressure steady even when you cycle through the three suction levels repeatedly. Just keep the filter clean if you’re using it with massage oils, or you’ll get a slow drop in negative pressure—usually around the 15-minute mark if it’s clogged.
The three temperature settings run from about 35°C to 50°C, which is a wider range than most home units, but it’s not a substitute for a dedicated heating pad. We’ve had buyers try using it for post-op edema reduction, and frankly, it’s not suited for that—teh suction is too aggressive even on the lowest setting for fragile tissue. Stick to muscle tension and superficial circulation work, and you’ll get better results than with manual cups. Also, the scraping function uses a separate attachment that vibrates at roughly 80 Hz, but we don’t have the exact frequency spec on the COA (usually we do, but this batch didn’t include it).
CE certifcation is there, and it’s Class II medical device rated, so you can bring it into a clinic without re-certification in most EU jurisdictions. auto-adapting voltage (110-220V) means you don’t need a separate transformer, but check the plug—we stock US, EU, UK, AU, JP, and CN options, and the lead time for custom plugs is about 2-3 weeks. We usually have the standard grey units in stock, but custom logo adds 10 working days or so depending on quantity.
Package size is 44×39×14 cm, gross weight 3.5 kg, so shippng costs are reasonable for a single unit, but if you’re ordering 50+ we can arrange bulk packaging that cuts the volume by about 20%. MOQ for custom logo is 100 units, but for plain grey our company can do smaller runs—just confirm your quantity and we’ll quote. The unit itself is 30×20×12 cm, which fits in a standdard carry bag, and the ABS plastic shell holds up well to alcohol wipes, but don’t soak it or use bleach-based cleaners.
One thing that surprises most first-time buyers: the suction power on level 3 is strong enough to leave a temporary mark on fair skin after 10 minutes. It’s not a bruise—it fades in an hour or so—but some clients might think it’s a burn. We recommend starting at level 1 for new users and ramping up. The three suction levels are actually more than most massagers offer, and the adjustment is continuous rather than stepped, which is better for fine-tuning on bony areas like the shoulder blades.
