Most of teh guys setting up a 48V off-grid system go straight for this 51.2V 100Ah pack, it basically replaces four 12V 100Ah batteries in series and saves you the headache of balancing them yourself, we see a lot of homeowners pairing it with a 5kW inverter for whole-home backup and it holds up pretty well even in partial shade conditions.
Nominal votage is 51.2V with 5.12kWh of usable energy, cycle life is roughly 6000 cycles at 80% DOD which is better than lead-acid for daily cycling, charge voltage maxes out at 58.4V and you can pull 100A continuous for about 5 seconds before it throttles — the self-discharge rate is ≤3% per month so you can leave it sitting for a month or so without worrying, it communicates via CAN and RS485 which most hybrid inverters handle fine.
It's not really suited for high-amp continuous loads like powering a welder or a big motor start, max discharge current at 100A (<5s) means you need to size your inverter carefully, but for lighting, fridges, and electronics it's more than enough, the IP30 rating means it's dust-protected but not waterproff so keep it indoors or in a dry cabinet, the Q235 steel enclosure is heavy (about 45kg) but it's tough enough to stack two high if you bolt them down.
3-year manufacturing defects, we usually have stock on these but confirm lead time for large orders (20 units or so), MOQ is 1 unit for sample testing, and our company can include the COA and cell balance report with each shipment.
You can connect up to 4 units in series for a 204.8V system, and parallel connections are unlimited as long as you stay within the max charge/discharge current specs. Just make sure all batteries are from the same batch to keep BMS communication stable.
Yes, we can share our internal test reports for IP30 and the 6000-cycle life at 80% DOD. If you need third-party certifications like CE or UN38.3, we can arrange that as well, but it may take extra lead time.
Our MOQ is 10 units for stock models. Lead time is around 15-20 working days for standard orders, but we can expedite to 7-10 days if you need a smaller batch urgently.
Absolutely, we can do custom colors and laser-engrave your logo on the enclosure. Minimum for customization is 50 units, and it adds about 5-7 days to the lead time.
Store them in a dry, cool place between 0°C and 45°C, ideally at 50% charge. Self-discharge is under 3% per month, so you can keep them for up to 6 months without recharging, but we recommend a top-up every 3 months for longer storage.
