We'll customize the frame materail for you—cast iron or aluminum depending on your thermal load—and terminal box can be rotated 4×90° for tight installs. Most buyers go with the H-class insulation for 250°C continuous, but we've pushed it to 400°C for two-hour fire runs if your application demands it.
Power range runs 0.25KW to 315KW across 3000, 1500, 1000, or 750 rpm synchronous speeds, and voltage is 220-240V or 380-415V at 50 or 60Hz. Basically, you pick your efficieny class from IE1 up to IE4, and we batch-match the rotor balancing for consistent vibration levels (usually within 1.8mm/s or less). One detail: teh deep groove ball bearings handle the heat better than most, but if you're running at 400°C, plan to swap them every 500 hours or so—that's just physics.
It's not suited for continuous duty above 100°C ambient, though it can handle the spike for two hours. Altitude limit is 1000m, humidity ≤60% at 40°C—any higher and we'd need to derate.
Squirrel-cage rotor with IC411 or IC410 cooling, IP54 or IP55 protection, and the duty cycle is S1 continuous. We've had buyers use these in smoke exhaust systems where standdard motors fry inside 20 minutes, but ours keeps running—specifically because we pour the stator windings with a higher-grade varnish that doesn't crack at 250°C. 5. The motors are rated for continuous ambient temps between -20°C and +100°C. For high-temp operation, they can withstand 250°C, 300°C, or 400°C for up to 2 hours, depending on the insulation class you choose. So it's a short-term rating, not continuous duty at those extremes.

The terminal box is rotatable in 4×90° steps, so you can adjust it to one of four orientations on-site. We ship it in a standard position, but you can easily rotate it yourself before installation.
For standard configurations like 220-240V or 380-415V at 50/60Hz, MOQ is usually 10 units, and lead time is 15-20 working days. Custom specs might add a few days, but we can work that out based on your order size.
We recommend IC410 (self-ventilated with no external fan) for dusty areas, as it avoids clogging. Both IC411 and IC410 are available, and either works with IP54 or IP55 protection, so you don't lose dust or water resistance.
