Most of our buyers going through the LY380 for rental fleets or weekend fishing run them with a 30HP four-stroke, and the 20-inch shaft fits that cleanly—we usually stock the PVC version because it hits the price point they need, but the Hypalon holds up better in tropical UV if that's your climate.
Hull weight's 120kg, so you'll need two people to lift it onto a trailer, and the max load of 646kg means 4 adults plus gear is no problem at all—teh V-shape at 20° cuts through chop pretty well for a 3.8m boat, better than the flatter-bottomed units at this length.

Each boat ships with a COA and CE cert, and the container fit works out to 4 per 20-footer or 8 per 40-footer—lead time is roughly 25 days or so after deposit, but we usually have stock on white hulls with grey tubes, so that can drop to 10 days.

What it does is replace the traditional wood deck core with a PVC honeycomb, which basically eliminates rot issues—one thing we've seen is that buyers who run them in saltwater full-time get about 2 extra seasons out of that core compared to plywood.

You'll get multi-color options on tubes, typically 3-4 standdard choices, and our company can match Pantone if you order 10 units or more for an OEM batch—just a heads-up though, the Hypalon takes a few extra weeks on delivrey because it's custom-laminated.
3-year warranty on PVC, 5-year on Hypalon, and the air chambers are 3 independent sections so if one gets punctured you're still afloat at low speed.
We can do OEM starting from 10 units per color and configuration. Larger orders bring better pricing, but we're flexible on small batches for first-time partners.
Yes, we'll send you copies of CE, ISO6185, and ISO12217 certificates upfront. They're standard with every production batch, and we can include them in the shipping documents too.
Correct, the deck core is PVC instead of traditional wood, so there's zero rot risk. It's lighter and holds up better in saltwater over time, plus it's fully backed by the 3 or 5-year warranty.
Typically 25-30 days after deposit and color confirmation. We'll give you a firm schedule once we lock in the Hypalon or PVC material choice and any OEM details.
Each boat goes in a heavy-duty carton with foam padding, strapped on a pallet. We don't do single-box packing because the hull and tubes need separate protection, so you'll get two boxes per unit for safe shipping.
