We're not marketing this as a clinical trial material, so don't expect ready-to-inject formulations — the 5mg, 10mg, or 15mg lyophilized powder per vial is what it is, and reconstitution buffer isn't included; what it does is give you a solid starting point for metabolic pathway studies where you need a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist with a molecular weight of around 4813 g/mol.
Purity checks out at 99.9% via HPLC, better than reagent grade for this sort of work, and we've actually seen consistent batch-to-batch profiles across last 20 or so — usually a 0.05% or less variance in the main peak area.
Customization is where our company can actually save you some headache: we've done custom vial sizes down to 2mg for some groups running, and labeling with your internal catalog numbers or concentration notations is pretty much standdard on any order over 50 vials — lead time on custom runs is roughly 2-3 weeks, sometimes less if we've got the base lyophilized cake in stock.
It's fine to leave it at -20°C for storage, but if you're reconstituting for immediate use, we've had buyers find that a single freeze-thaw cycle doesn't degrade it noticeably — though we don't recommend storing reconstituted peptide for more than 20 days or so.
You'll get a COA with each box of 10 vials, but we usually stock bulk synthesis runs at teh 50-vial and 100-vial level as well, and the 15mg vials actually (mild opinion here) are the easiest to handle for most research protocols since you get more working matrial per unit.
We typically sell by the box, so the MOQ is one box of 10 vials. You can mix strengths in a single order, but each box contains only one strength.
