The MW is typically around 4113 g/mol, but check your own batch's COA for the exact number. We include the COA and often an SDS with every order.
For metabolic or diabetes-related studies, this is better than reagent grade for in vitro work—though it's not suited for in vivo unless you've got the right protocols and approvals, as it's strictly research use only.
