You've probably run into that frustrating situation where you're breaking up concrete or masonry and the tool just starts to vibrate your hands numb after twenty minutes — that's problem this thing actually fixes by putting an anti-vibration system between you and the impact mechanism.
We put every unit through a 30-minute full-load run-in test on concrete blocks before it leaves the warhouse, and we check the impact energy against the claimed 12J with a calibce gauge, so if it doesn't hit that number within 5% it gets flagged for retest.
The 1200W motor drives that 4100 impacts per minute through a HEX 17mm chuck, and we've found the lock-on switch is what most buyers appreciate when they're doing overhead work because you don't have to keep a finger on the trigger for hours basically.
Each batch gets a random sample pulled for a 24-hour endurance test at full load, and we keep the COA on file with teh actual impact energy readings, vibration levels in m/s², and the specific batch number so you've got a paper trail if you need it.
We usually have about 200 units in stock with the plastic case and two chisels included, but the gross weight of 22kg means shippng can add up if you're ordering a pallet load — check lead time on bulk orders over 50 units or so.
One thing we don't recommend this for is light chipping work on thin tile or plaster, since the 12J impact energy is pretty much overkill for that and you'll end up cracking the surfce before you get a clean break.
The MP0620 supports 220-240V or 120V, so you can pick the one that matches your local power supply. Just make sure you order the correct version.
We typically require a minimum order of 50 units per shipment, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if that works better for you.
