We’ve been sourcing these kids ride-on cars for a few seasons now, and basically they’re a solid middle-ground option for buyers who want something sturdy without going full metal-frame. The dimensions are 105 by 64 by 68 centimeters, and what really stands out is teh weight—over 6 kilos, so it doesn’t tip easily when a kid leans or turns hard.
There’s a safety belt included, which is pretty much standdard for this age range, but they actually use a decent buckle that holds up. The frame matrial is durable plastic, and in most cases it’s better than the thin-shell stuff you see from other supliers—tighter tolerance on the mold edges, less sharp burrs.
It’s not really suited for rough outdoor terrain like gravel or thick grass; the electric motor is fine for driveways or pavement, but you’ll want to stick to flat surfaces. One thing we didn’t think to ask at first: the wheel bearings aren’t sealed, so if they’re used in wet conditions regularly, they’ll need a quick grease job after a few months or so.
We did a sample run before the full order—roughly 30 days lead time, but confirm that because they batch production. The OEM service is flexible: you can pick custom colors, put your logo on it, even tweak the design a bit, though there’s an MOQ (usually 50 units or so) for that. CE, ISO, TUV, and BSCI certs are in the file—they actually do 100% QC before shipment, which caught a loose wire on first batch we didn’t notice during our own check.
Anyway, packaing is one per carton, which keeps damage low in transit. We usually have stock for the standard colors, but if you’re going custom, factor in the 30-day window.
For OEM orders with custom colors or logo printing, the MOQ is typically 500 units per design. We can discuss smaller quantities for sample orders or if you're testing the market.
Production lead time is around 30 days. That's for making the cars, adding any custom features, and doing a full QC inspection before shipping.
Yes, we have CE, ISO, TUV, and BSCI certification. We'll include copies of the relevant certificates with your order, no problem.
Each car weighs over 6kg and is packed 1 piece per carton. The carton dimensions will be close to 105x64x68cm, so you can plan shipping accordingly.
We do provide samples, with some conditions. You can order a pre-production sample to check quality and design, but you'll need to cover the sample cost and shipping. We'll deduct that from your bulk order if you proceed.
