Shipping takes about 15-20 days via sea freight, and we usually ship within a week of payment clearing (check lead time for rush orders). It's not for heavy off-road use, but on driveways or pavement it handles fine for kids 3-8.

The 390 motor and one-button start are pretty straightforward — press and go, no pedaling. Battery's a 6V4 rechargeable unit, and charging takes 3-8 hours depending on how drained it is. Most buyers go with the 6V option for this size; anything higher can stress the motor.

Dimensoins are 88×39×53cm at 1:8 scale — that's roughly the size of a small real motorcycle for context. EN71 certified, plus CE, RoHS, and a few others (ICTI, FCCA, GSV, ISO). Materail's enviornmental PP, so it's not brittle, but it can scratch if dropped hard.

Custom logo and packaging are doable — MOQ for custom print is about 200 units or so, and we'll need 20 days extra for production. The thing you don't see: the battery connector is a standard 2-pin, so replacement batteries are easy to find. We usually have COAs on hand, but confirm if you need them with batch.

Also, the 390 motor is actually better than some cheaper 380s for torque on inclines — it'll handle a mild slope without bogging down. That said, teh 6V battery limits runtime to about 45 minutes continuous, give or take 10 minutes depending on rider weight.
