Lead time is usually 20-30 days or so for standerd color options, but if you need custom branding or specific needle sizes that aren't in stock, add another 10 days. The MOQ is 500 units for first-time orders, though we can do a trial run of 50 if you're just validating the device—just confirm that with our production team early.
Every production run gets a COA with needle penetration force data and injection depth calibration, so your QA team has something to review before committing to bulk.
