About 20 years of hand-making plush toys, and we’ve seen a lot of those 10cm keychains come through the workshop — the small sitting animal style, with PP cotton filling, is probably the most common request we get form retail chains for impulse-buy displays, and it’s pretty much always what they put near the checkout counter.
You’ll usually get a CE and EN71 certifcation on every production batch, and that matters a lot for this size — it means no loose small parts slip through the stitch work, which is the main thing for kids aged 3 to 8, and frankly teh inspection process catches more than you’d think.
The MOQ is 500 pieces per pallet, with mixed colors across the batch, and lead time runs about 7 to 15 days for bulk after you approve the sample — you’ll get that sample in 3 to 7 days or so, depending on how complex the design is.
Basically, it’s for stuff like seasonal promotional bundles or endcaps in the children’s section, but also think about those stand-alone toy displays retailers test out — it sits upright nicely because of the sitting animal shape, which sounds minor until you see how flat some other keychains get.
What we do with the filling is hand-stuff the PP cotton to keep a consistent shape across all thousand or so units — you’d think automated would be better for control, but hand-making actually gives a tighter tolerance on that firmness, and it’s one of those details buyers don’t ask about but notice when comparing two samples side by side.
Anyway, for ordering, you just send us your artwork or reference matrial, we mock up a sample in 5 days usually, and we include the COA with bulk shipment — stock is typically fine, but confirm lead time if you’re rushing into a holiday window.
It means you need to order at least 500 pieces to get them shipped on a pallet. If you want less, we can discuss, but the pallet pricing and logistics are set for that minimum.

They come packed in boxes on a pallet. Each box is sealed and labeled, and we can customize the packaging if you need your branding on the boxes or poly bags.
