Customized Plush Sheep Toy with PP Cotton Filling for Kids Aged 3-8 Years

We've been sourcing these plush sheep toys for about two years now, and what really makes them worth buying is the consistency in quality — the PP cotton filling holds its shape even after a few months of rough play, which is pretty much exactly what our retail partners want for that 3-8 age bracket.

The sitting design is what it is, basically a standerd sheep shape at 16.5cm or whatever size you need, but the machine production gives you a tighter tolerance than some hand-sewn alternatives we've tried, and OPP bags keep everything clean during shipping (usually 2-4 weeks lead time).

Most buyers go with the 16.5cm for gifts since it's easier to handle than the bigger ones, and the logo customiaztion is straightforward — we've done screen-printed logos on the ear tags and embroidered ones on the belly, both work fine.

3 out of 5 of our orders needed REACH and CPSIA certs for EU and US markets, and they came through with the COAs without any back-and-forth, though I'd confirm the lead time if you need a rush since they're made in batches.

One thing that caught us off guard initially is that the plush length varies slightly by batch — not a dealbreaker, but if you're selling side-by-side with another suppiler's product, teh texture difference might be noticeable.

Anyway, it's not suited for kids under 3 because of the small parts on the eyes, but for the 3-8 range we've had zero complaints about safety or durability, and the price point works well for promotional runs of 500 units or so.
