Basically what it does is let you customize everything from the plush color to the exact stitch density on teh face, so you're not locked into a generic design — we've done ones with embroidered logos for Middle East clients and softer fabric blends for Southeast Asian markets.
500 units is the MOQ for a full custom batch, but if you want to test the base 22cm red teddy first, our company can do 100 units or so form stock, and lead time on that is about 3 days. For custom runs you're looking at 18-22 days after sample approval, and we ship either air or ocean depending on your deadline.
It's filled with PP cotton that doesn't clump up after washing, which matters more than most buyers realize — we've seen returns drop significantly once we switched to this fill. The short plush fabric holds up better in humid climates too, actually.
Sample time runs 5-8 days for a blank one, and we'll deduct that fee from your first order if you proceed. You'll get a COA with each batch, but we usually have stock, so confirm lead time before you plan the launch.
Not great for high-end gift lines where you need that ultra-soft long pile, but for mass retail or promotional giveaways it's pretty much perfect — handmade assembly gives it a consistent shape that machine-stuffed bears don't always acheive.
The 500pcs MOQ applies per design and per color. If you want a different color or tweak the design, that would count as a separate order.
Once sample is approved, production takes about 25-30 days for 500pcs. Air shipping adds 5-7 days, ocean around 25-30 days.
Yes, we can provide EN71 or ASTM test reports upon request. Just let us know which standard your target market requires.
The outer material is short plush fabric, and the filling is PP cotton — standard for soft, huggable teddy bears. Both are export compliant.
Each bear goes into a polybag, then packed into export cartons. Custom packaging like hang tags or branded polybags is available under OEM.
